EmpireMailbox provides virtual mailbox services, including mail receipt, storage, scanning, and optional forwarding, depending on the selected plan.
Mail Handling
Mail is handled securely and in accordance with the selected service plan. EmpireMailbox does not open or scan mail unless explicitly requested or included in the plan.
Prohibited Use
Our services may not be used for illegal activities, fraud, identity misrepresentation, or receiving prohibited or dangerous items.
Mail Forwarding & Fees
Mail forwarding, shipping, and additional handling services may incur separate fees and are billed independently from subscription plans.
Identification & Compliance
Customers may be required to verify their identity and complete USPS Form 1583 before full service activation, in compliance with U.S. postal regulations.
Limitation of Liability
EmpireMailbox is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or third-party shipping providers.
Service Changes
Services, pricing, and features may change prior to or after launch. Customers will be notified of material changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
